A new tool that reads an enquiry straight from an email or web form, it sources suppliers, and drafts a full itinerary for you. No starting from a blank page, no re-typing names and dates and it has built in budget controls.

It can pull inspiration from past itineraries you've built, so you're never starting from a blank page. Chances are you've already solved this before!

It can also create a new itinerary using your existing supplier data.

It can connect to third-party suppliers, for example: Thompsons Africa and Itacamel as well as your own suppliers, so you can see availability and pricing in real-time.

Supplier Automated Inventory Report

A monthly reconciliation report automatically sent to your suppliers, breaking down the travellers and itineraries booked with them, for example: "Confirmed", "Requested". Suppliers can confirm they have the bookings on their side with a single button in the email.

Linked Services

Link different suppliers and services, so when you add a service the linked services show as suggestions to add to the itinerary. For example, if you add a golf resort, the linked services could be a caddie, a round on the championship course, and a post-round dinner reservation. This makes it easier to build itineraries and ensures you don't miss anything.
