Itinerary Analyser

This is a new tool we're building into the itineraries that allows you to check that everything is set right on the itinerary. It allows you to set up rules, and it will analyse the itinerary against those rules.

For example: If you are missing a transfer on the itinerary, or if you have overlapping activities, the analyser will flag these issues for you.

Contract Loading

Contract loading has always been a time-consuming task. We've been working on a new tool to simplify contract loading. It will read the contract and load it directly into your VueTrip system.

Content Writer

We are working on a content writer to help you craft engaging content in multiple languages for your suppliers and services that you can use on Itineraries, websites and documents.

Open Groups

Another new feature we're currently working on. Create an Open Group with multiple departure dates to sell to different individuals or parties.

Open Groups will allow you to set allocations against services that will count down as itineraries are created from the departure dates. Manage you supplier inventory and run statistical reports directly from the Open Group.

Travel App updates

The travel app has been going great. We're delighted to hear all the positive feedback. We have been working on some exciting updates to the app. For example, we're giving the day by day section a fresh new look with more content and images being used.

AI Itinerary Creator

We've enjoyed starting to demo this over the last few days and the positive feedback has been really great to hear and we're excited to see where we go with this.

This is our new tool that reads an enquiry straight from an email or web form, it sources suppliers, and drafts a full itinerary for you. No starting from a blank page, no re-typing names and dates and it has built in budget controls.

It can pull inspiration from past itineraries you've built, so you're never starting from a blank page. Chances are you've already solved this before!

It can also create a new itinerary using your existing supplier data.

It can connect to third-party suppliers, for example: Thompsons Africa and Itacamel as well as your own suppliers, so you can see availability and pricing in real-time.
